In SEDENTARY you go out to shop for a new chair to relieve your stress and keep your heartrate steady as you're getting a bit older these days. Look for the chair that suits you best and keeps you relaxed! Take your time, or not.. but be careful because you might trip or run so much your heartrate will spike. And we don't want that, do we?
